Player BIO Poster   Game day Example

If you are interested in a unique bonding opportunity that will provide your team and players with social media content for the entire season, then I have a Digital Media Day Session might be the answer to drawing fans to your games and packing the stands. We use team-colored lights, fog machines, light tubes, and a host of other props, or your team can use their own props to make the whole session a fun experience for the players. This is a perfect session for smaller groups like varsity players, seniors, or individual teams. This does not take the place of a team’s regular portrait/yearbook team session. 

What’s Included: Media Day Session include a password protected online gallery of images available for team officials to produce Team Products to use on social media platforms Only. There is NO sharing of photos to be used for personal use by athletes or families.  

Team Size: Team can be up to 15 players; a $20 fee will be added for each additional player.

Session Duration: Plan for a minimum of 5 minutes per player for the photo shoot. Each athlete will get a minimum of three poses (two stills and one action or another still) for a total of three edited digital images of each player.

Location: Choose your home field/rink/court for a natural background or choose to come to my studio where we have multiple backdrops (choose black, white or grey). Either way we will bring professional lighting for stunning portraits of your athletes.

Turnaround and Delivery: Depending on what products you choose it could take up to 2 weeks. Products Teams will receive are:

1. Team schedule. 

2. Seven Game Day Posts. Teams will decide on which seven games, and which athletes will be highlighted on the poster. (there will be an additional $10 fee for each additional Game Day product requested)  

Poses And Images: We start with standard banner poses for each player individually. Once completed we move on to the fun stuff - personality shots, buddy shots, sibling shots and more. If space is allowed (depends on location and number of seniors) we will do senior group poses and/or team photos. (A Desired shot list can be discussed prior to the shoot and an additional fee may be added depending on requests).

All Images can be made Available for Purchase in a separate gallery as digitals or prints if the team desires.
