Why Team Media Day Matters

A team's media day photo session serves as more than just a simple event—it represents an opportunity to redefine the team's identity by exhibiting its charisma to the global audience. In the contemporary digital environment, dynamic photographs of athletes and teams are utilized to craft a compelling narrative that profoundly resonates with fans. In a world where visual content drives interactions, having high-quality photographs of your team can be the key to expanding your fan base. By disseminating these images on social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, or TikTok, you can stimulate discussions, increase engagement, and preserve the spirit of your team. The influx of likes, shares, and comments will generate significant attention elevating your team’s identity.

Dynamic Action Shots

We strive to capture athletes in their element—whether it’s shooting a basketball, swinging a bat, or spiking a ball over the net. These action-packed images symbolize the energy, passion, and grit that fans love.

We bring together branding, athleticism, and visual artistry to tell your team’s unique story. Every shot is carefully designed to reflect your team’s journey and aspirations, creating content that’s as inspiring as it is visually stunning.

What’s Included: Media Day Session include a password protected online gallery of participating athletes images available for downloading. Print release form, and photo prints can also be ordered from the same gallery.    

Session Duration: Each athlete will get a minimum of three poses, two (2) stills and one (1) action. An additional still pose or buddy photo can be substituted for the action shot is desired, for a total of three edited downloadable digital images. Plan for Sessions to last a minimum of three (3) hours in length but could go longer depending on team's needs and requests.  

Location: Choose your home field/rink/court for a natural background or we have multiple backdrops (choose black, white or grey). Either way we will bring professional lighting for stunning portraits of your athletes.

Cost: the fee is $65 per athlete with a minimum of 15 athletes. If your team does not have the minimum of 15, then the entire team will need to participate.
